Job Title: RN - Med Surg

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Pay: $55.80 per hour

Shifts: 3 12-hour shifts per week, including 3 weekend shifts per schedule period

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Med Surg to join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Kansas City, Missouri. This travel assignment offers an exciting work environment in a hospital recognized as a Comprehensive Stroke Center. The role involves providing exceptional care on the 6 East Ortho/Trauma Unit, equipped with advanced technologies like traction and cooling equipment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide exceptional nursing care to post-op and trauma patients
• Conduct bedside shift reports and perform hourly rounding
• Utilize Meditech for accurate documentation
• Float to various MedSurg units as required

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• Valid RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in orthopedics and telemetry
• National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale certification preferred
