Job Title: RN - Med Surg - Travel

Location: Peoria, IL

Pay: $2571.84 per week

Shifts: 12hr Days

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Manage nurse-patient ratios of 1:4-5 during day, 1:5-6 at night
• Join a team with a free charge RN on each floor
• Collaborate with Patient Care Technicians (PCT) for essential duties
• Implement care plans for patients with a variety of acute conditions
• Utilize Bipap/Cpap equipment and perform suctioning as required
• Attend unit/department specific orientation sessions

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active IL license or proof of application initiation
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Experience with Central Lines, tracheostomies, and chest tubes
• EPIC experience preferred
• Experience in a level I trauma center considered beneficial
