Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN - Med Surg for a travel assignment in Sweetwater, TX. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a combined adult and pediatric unit. An experienced registered nurse is required to manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:5-6.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide direct patient care in a combined adult and pediatric unit
• Manage an average daily census of 10 patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using TruBridge EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• Minimum 1 year experience in Med Surg nursing
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
