Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

• Provide top-notch patient care within a 32-bed post-surgical unit
• Care for patients undergoing colorectal and abdominal surgeries
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize the Epic charting system for patient documentation
• Participate in the unit's weekend and holiday rotation schedule

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

• Current KS or Multistate RN license without hits
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum of 1-year Medical Surgical experience
• ADN or BSN degree
• Immunity status or vaccination records for Hep B, MMR, and Varicella
• TDaP and Influenza vaccinations or approved exemption
