Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Location: Willcox, AZ

Pay: $2,160 weekly

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg

• Provide general nursing care to patients
• Communicate effectively with physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other medical professionals
• Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to ensure quality care
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients
• Counsel and educate patients and family members
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor and document patient information using EMR and paper records
• Assist with equipment preparation and physician support during treatments
• Place catheters and IVs, and perform associated monitoring
• Review and report on EKG monitor strips
• Track medical supply inventory and assist with documentation

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg

• ADN or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
• Current, unrestricted Arizona RN license or Compact License
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
