Job Title: RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

Location: Marshfield, WI

Pay: $2,707.20 weekly

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday required

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

• Deliver nursing care to patients with neuro and trauma ortho conditions
• Manage traches and vents in a progressive care environment
• Titrate common drips including Heparin, Nitro, and Insulin
• Maintain accurate and timely charting using Cerner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

• Active RN license
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in MS, PCU, or ICU
• Recent experience within the last year in a similar setting
• Proficiency in managing trach and vent cases
