Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

• Delivering skilled nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry units
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions and communicating any changes to the healthcare team
• Administering medications and treatments according to physicians' orders
• Educating patients and their families on managing medical conditions and post-treatment care

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

• Valid RN license
• Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
• Epic experience
