Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide acute med/surg care for patients
• Manage a patient ratio of 4-6 per nurse
• Perform IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, central line maintenance
• Administer medications and communicate with all members of the care team
• Document patient information accurately in the EHR
• Conduct standard nursing skills, including Continuous Bladder Irrigation and NGT insertion/maintenance

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• RN license
• 1+ years of acute med/surg experience within the past year
• Ability to provide care for 4-6 patients at a time
