Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg to join a dynamic team in High Point, NC, on a travel assignment. This role requires working within a teaching hospital environment, handling a variety of medical and surgical patient cases.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide general care to medical/surgical patients, including IV and NG tube maintenance
• Administer wound care, dressing changes, and use of wound vacs
• Manage heparin drips and continuous bladder irrigation (CBI)
• Collaborate effectively with CNAs, phlebotomists, and the 24/7 RT and hospitalist support
• Utilize EMR systems such as Encompass/EPIC for patient documentation

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in medical/surgical patient care, IV and NG tube maintenance
