Job Title: RN - MedSurg/Tele

Location: Macon, GA

Pay: $2,154.24 weekly

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in MedSurg/Tele for a travel assignment in Macon, GA. This role involves working within a dynamic hospital environment, providing comprehensive care to patients across various inpatient Med Surg units. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in telemetry and will be comfortable with a float pool capacity.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in MedSurg/Telemetry units
• Manage patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-6
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement and evaluate care
• Administer medication, perform medical procedures, and operate medical equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide direct support to CNAs and unit secretaries
• Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records and manage equipment such as Alaris and Pyxis

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Active RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years Med/Tele RN experience
• Experience with trach care, chest tube management, and common drips
