Job Title: RN - Med Surg - Travel

Location: San Marcos, TX

Pay: $2,008.80 per week

Shifts: Nights 7PM - 7AM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN with experience in Med Surg for a travel assignment in San Marcos, TX. This opportunity is specifically for nurses with a background in Critical Care Step-Down, providing routine and complex care independently within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
• Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments following appropriate protocols, monitor for side-effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and caregivers

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• 2 years of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
• BLS required (AHA only)
• ACLS required (AHA only)
• RN License in state of TX or compact
