RN-NICU jobs at the facility in Colorado Springs, CO let you deliver specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns in a neonatal intensive care unit. You will assess, monitor, and manage neonates, operate advanced NICU equipment, and document care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. You must have a current Colorado RN license and at least one year of recent NICU experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications are required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is recommended. Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, adaptability, and effective communication. Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, NICU Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP(Copy needed); PALS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
No RTO approved within first 2 weeks of assignment
4 days or less of total RTO
Must work 2 of the 3 holidays
