Key Responsibilities of the RN - Oncology

• Perform sterile dressing changes and maintain infection prevention protocols
• Conduct blood and electrolyte replacements according to protocols
• Collaborate with team members in a patient-centered approach
• Assist with managing ports and central lines as needed

Requirements of the RN - Oncology

• Valid RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong understanding of sterile dressing and infection protocols
• Knowledge of blood and electrolyte replacement processes
