Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN-CA
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months

CA RN License
BLS
OR SCL and Reference within a year
RTO upon submission
60 mile radius rule
