Job Title: Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) - Davinci Robotics

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay: $3,491.28 per week

Shifts: Monday-Friday day shifts; on-call responsibilities per unit need (until 11 PM only); no weekends

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA)

• Collaborate with the surgeon and healthcare team to ensure a safe and effective operation
• Practice perioperative nursing with a focus on clinical practice in the operating room
• Assist as a RNFA under the direction of the surgeon during the operative phase
• Perform duties of OR staff RN when not assigned in RNFA role

Requirements of the Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA)

• RN License (NY License ONLY)
• Davinci Robotics Experience
• Proficiency in robotic surgeries: Urology, GYN, Colorectal, Surgical Oncology, Thoracic, General Surgery
• CNOR Certification required
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY) required
• ACLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY) preferred
• Two (2) years OR experience; level 1 trauma experience preferred
