This role involves working in a high-acuity Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center where you'll be supporting care for children with congenital heart conditions. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Pediatric CVICU

• Provide specialized care for high-acuity pediatric patients aged 0-18 years
• Manage post-operative patients with congenital heart differences
• Coordinate and execute medical management for pre-transplant and post-transplant cases
• Administer care for patients with ventricular assist devices, ECMO, and renal replacement therapy
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - Pediatric CVICU

• Active RN license
• BLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pediatric Cardiac ICU setting
• Proficiency with EPIC, Aquadex, Impella, and ECMO systems
