You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care, educate families, and document care in electronic medical record systems. To qualify, you need an active Kansas registered nurse license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and recent experience in postpartum or mother-baby nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Recommended skills include strong communication, patient education, teamwork, and proficiency with postpartum care equipment.
