This travel assignment is ideal for those with experience in a medical step down unit, managing patients with conditions such as Sepsis, Heart Failure, and COPD. The position involves potential floating to various IMCU units, providing an enriching and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide high-quality patient care to individuals with severe conditions
• Monitor and manage sepsis, heart failure, and respiratory failure cases
• Operate within a 1:4 patient-nurse ratio in a 6-20 bed unit
• Float to IMCU units as required

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• RN license in good standing
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
