Key Responsibilities of the RN - Progressive Care Unit

• Provide care to cardiac, telemetry, and PCU patients with critical and post-surgical needs
• Perform Q6H head-to-toe assessments and documentation
• Titrate medications such as Precedex, Dopamine, and Heparin
• Conduct procedures like Foley placement, IV and EKG management

Requirements of the RN - Progressive Care Unit

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in cardiac/telemetry, PCU, and/or critical care settings
• Advanced skills in IV insertion, chest tube, and tracheostomy management
