Location: Denton, TX

Pay: $1,874.88 per week

Shifts: 7P-7A

Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN - Trauma Stepdown

• Provide care for patients requiring acute surgical intervention/consultation or post-op care
• Monitor patients with conditions such as trauma and orthopedic surgeries, or neurological diagnosis
• Administer IV/PO medications for acute cardiac dysrhythmias
• Support post-operative cardiac cath and cardiac surgery patients
• Adapt and respond effectively to changing situations within a fast-paced trauma environment

Requirements of the Travel RN - Trauma Stepdown

• Registered Nurse with current RN license
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Experience with NIH stroke scale
• Preferred Trauma/Orthopedic experience
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred
