Job Title: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Location: Independence, Missouri

Pay: $63.24 per hour

Shifts: 48 hours guaranteed, rotating schedule

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

• Deliver patient care with advanced assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Manage vasoactive drips effectively.
• Perform central line or PICC line placements and chest tube placements.
• Participate in bedside shift reports, hourly rounding, and daily leadership rounds.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in managing BiPAP, Heated High-Flow Nasal Cannulas, Alaris IV pumps, and Kangaroo Feeding Pumps
• Experience with Meditech documentation system
