Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Manage patient care in a 30-bed unit, including 22 acute care and 8 neuro stepdown beds
• Utilize equipment such as vital sign machines, high flow oxygen, and cardiac drips
• Perform common procedures like lumbar puncture and chest tube placement
• Deliver personalized bedside shift reports and participate in daily huddles
• Float to different units as needed post-orientation

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Active RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in acute care and neuro stepdown
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills
