Job Title: RN - Telemetry

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay: $1,874.88 weekly

Shifts: 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A, Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Provide high-quality telemetry and progressive care for patients
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Coordinate with unit secretaries and PCTs for efficient unit operation
• Adhere to floating policy as required

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• Active TX RN License (Only permanent license accepted)
• ACLS and BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of hospital and specialty experience
• Experience in Telemetry monitoring and working with various drips
• Proficiency with Meditech documentation preferred
