Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU

• Deliver acute care to patients with cardiac conditions such as Acute Coronary Syndrome and heart failure
• Manage post-cardiac catheterization patients, including those with pacemaker insertions
• Administer medications and adjust dosages for critical cardiac drugs
• Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and post-procedural care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - PCU

• Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Cardiology
• Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and medication management
