• Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Document patient information in the Point Click Care (PCC) system
• Manage common conditions such as CHF, Dementia, Diabetes, and more

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Current RN License
• BLS Certification
• Experience in long-term or post-acute care settings
