Job Title: RN - Long Term Care - Travel

Location: Luverne, MN

Pay: $59.04 per hour

Shifts: Days and Nights (6-6:30 p.m., 6 p.m.-6:30 a.m., 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m. or 2 p.m.-10:30 p.m.), every other weekend, Labor Day required, every other holiday after that

This role involves working predominantly 12-hour shifts within a post-acute care setting, focusing on dementia and geriatric patients. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
• Assess and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for individuals with dementia and other geriatric conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Coordinate patient care with family members and provide education and support

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Current RN license
• BLS Certification
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
