Job Title: RN - Stepdown - Travel

Location: Morgantown, WV

Pay: $2,625.84 weekly

Shifts: 12-hour nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Stepdown for a travel assignment in Morgantown, WV. This role involves working in an acute care setting with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients in a 32-bed unit, comprising both stepdown and general floor beds.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide patient care in the stepdown and acute care settings
• Assess and monitor patients, reporting changes in condition to the charge nurse
• Administer medications and manage drips specific to the unit, including PCAs and heparin
• Read and interpret telemetry strips in collaboration with monitor techs
• Support fellow RNs and work collaboratively within the healthcare team

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• BLS Certification
• Valid RN license
• Ability to read telemetry strips
• Experience with MedSurg population and common diagnoses such as COPD, Pneumonia, and UTI
