Job Title: RN - Stepdown - Travel

Location: Morgantown, WV

Pay: $2,625.84 per week

Shifts: 12-hour Nights - 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including weekends and holiday rotation

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a travel contract specializing in Stepdown care in Morgantown, WV. This role involves working in a nationally recognized Comprehensive Bariatric Surgery Center and a high-impact Trauma and General Surgery inpatient unit. Nurses will have the opportunity to provide care in both step-down and floor environments, engaging with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Provide complex wound care, and manage drains and devices
• Care for patients with traumatic injuries, including chest tubes and respiratory support
• Handle complex spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries
• Work collaboratively with care management, surgical, medical services, and more
• Validate telemetry readings and provide care in a 1:6 floor patient or 1:3 stepdown patient ratio

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• BLS Certification
• Experience with EPIC and Level 1 Trauma
• Experience with a 1:6 ratio is a deal-breaker
• Proven experience in complex wound care and trauma unit
