Shifts: 12 hr nights, weekends as scheduled

• Monitor and assess patient condition in a stepdown unit
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide patient and family education regarding care and recovery
• Document patient progress and response to treatment using EPIC system

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Valid RN license
• ACLS (AHA) certification
• BLS (AHA) certification
