Key Responsibilities of the RN - Cardiac Stepdown

• Provide expert care to stepdown patients from ICU
• Manage and interpret telemetry monitoring systems
• Titrate multiple drips including dopamine, dobutamine, and others
• Assist with the management of ventilated and trached patients
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements of the RN - Cardiac Stepdown

• Active IL license or initiated application process
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum of 2 years CVICU or Cardiac ICU experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
