Job Title: RN - Stepdown - Travel

Location: Wheeling, WV

Pay: $2,490.48 weekly

Shifts: 12 hr days, weekends as scheduled

This role is ideal for nurses with experience in intermediate care settings, particularly those familiar with managing patients requiring high-acuity attention. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Manage patient assignments within a 1:5 ratio, occasionally 1:6
• Interpret and read telemetry strips independently
• Titrate and manage drips including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dopamine
• Provide care including monitoring and interventions for chest pain, CHF, arrhythmias
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Current RN license in good standing
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
• Experience in intermediate care or stepdown units
