Job Title: RN - Telemetry

Location: Alexandria, LA

Pay: $2,410.56 weekly

Shifts: Nights 7PM - 7AM

This position focuses on the care of cardiac and telemetry patients in a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment. Experience in telemetry is essential for this role, which does not require a stepdown unit.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• BLS certification via AHA required
• ACLS certification via AHA required
• RN License in state of employment or compact
• One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
