Job Title: RN - Telemetry - Travel

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: $1,874.88 per week

Shifts: Varied, including 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

This role involves working on a unit with 23 beds and requires experience in an acute care setting, ideally with knowledge in admissions, discharges, and telemetry. The work environment utilizes Expanse EMR and involves a collaborative team structure.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Perform lab draws and IV insertions
• Conduct foley insertions
• Administer IV fluids and medications such as antibiotics
• Prepare patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures
• Communicate effectively with physicians

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• BLS certification
• Familiarity with Expanse EMR and telemetry
• Preferred: One year of acute care experience in M/S Tele or stepdown unit
• Ability to draw labs
