You will assess patients, monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize condition changes, and coordinate transitional care with an interdisciplinary team. Required qualifications include an active Indiana RN or applicable multistate license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and at least 2 years of similar nursing experience. Recommended skills include telemetry monitoring, rhythm interpretation, medical-surgical nursing, clinical prioritization, care transitions, and effective interdisciplinary communication.
