Job Title: RN - Telemetry - Travel

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay: $63.24 per hour

Shifts: 48hrs Guaranteed an option

Seven Healthcare are seeking an RN specialized in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Kansas City, MO. This role involves working within a Main Campus hospital setting in the 4 North Cardiac Telemetry unit. The role requires full-time hours and includes weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Provide care for patients in a 29-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Read and interpret EKGs and telemetry strips
• Administer and titrate IV medications such as insulin, Cardizem, Cardene, and Amiodarone
• Perform procedures including IV insertions, NGT placement and maintenance, chest tube maintenance, and Foley insertions
• Monitor and manage patients post cardiac procedures such as ablations and cardiac catheterizations

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• Experience in Cardiac Telemetry or PCU/ICU settings
• Proficient in post cardiac procedural care
