Job Title: RN - Telemetry - Travel

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay: $52.08 per hour

Shifts: Rotating/4 weekend shifts on four week schedule

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Manage patient care with a focus on hygiene, oral care, and activity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Monitor and document patient telemetry readings
• Participate in infection prevention and control procedures
• Facilitate patient admissions and ensure compliance with documentation standards
• Support and communicate effectively with patients

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• BLS and ACLS/ALS certifications
• Experience in Medical/Surgical/Tele
• Ability to work in Med/Surg, Med/Surg PCU, and ED Holds environments
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
