Job Title: RN - Telemetry - Travel

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay: $2,624.76 weekly

Shifts: Rotating weekends, No on-call

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in San Jose, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for registered nurses to work in a dynamic hospital environment, managing telemetry patients with a patient ratio of 4:1 for telemetry and 3:1 for PCU. Candidates must be able to adapt to a fast-paced setting and provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Provide patient care using telemetry equipment and maintaining patient safety
• Conduct angiograms and post-op surgeries care, including post-op day 3 open hearts
• Manage stroke patients, PCI care, and various wound vacs
• Interpret rhythms and manage chest tubes and TR bands

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• 1.5-2 years of telemetry experience
• ACLS/BLS and NIHSS certification
• Experience with Meditech is preferred
