Job Title: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay: $2,585.52 per week

Shifts: 7 PM - 7:30 AM, rotating weekends

This role involves working in a mixed-acuity environment within a dynamic surgical trauma unit. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - PCU

• Manage patient care for trauma post-surgical, MVA, elective surgeries, and complex ortho injuries.
• Administer blood products and perform detailed wound care and management, including wound vac.
• Monitor and maintain chest tubes, drains, and traction devices.
• Deliver high-flow oxygen therapy and provide stable BiPAP and tracheostomy care.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - PCU

• Valid BLS and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of STAC Stepdown experience.
• Experience in blood administration, skeletal and bucks traction, and advanced wound care.
