Key Responsibilities of the RN - Nurse Navigator

• Manage patient in-baskets within the clinic
• Conduct phone triage for established diagnoses such as GI and Pulmonary issues
• Handle medication refills and requests for paperwork from providers

Requirements of the RN - Nurse Navigator

• Minimum 2 years of clinic experience; preference for Pediatric, GI, and/or Pulmonary experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
