Job Title: Radiation Therapy Tech

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay: $3,462.40 weekly

Shifts: M-F 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 8-hour shift dependent upon department needs

Key Responsibilities of the Radiation Therapy Tech

• Utilize Ethos or Varian machines for treatment administration
• Operate CBCT/kV/mV imaging equipment
• Perform tumor localization and external beam therapy
• Create custom molds and shields, and calculate dose of radiation
• Participate in radiation safety protocols
• Work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements of the Radiation Therapy Tech

• NYS Radiologic Technologists Therapy License
• ARRT T certification
• BLS certification
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Capability to work adult acute care and manage related equipment
