Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for inpatient rehab patients
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate various inpatient rehab treatments, including ADLs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated care
• Document patient progress in Meditech EMR

Requirements of the Physical Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

• Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• BLS Certification
• Willingness to work weekends (minimum of 2 per 4-week period)
• Flexibility to float to other Methodist Inpatient Rehabs as needed
