Key Responsibilities of the Surgical Technologist - CVOR Technologist

• Prepare operating rooms for cardiovascular procedures
• Ensure sterile field and aseptic techniques are maintained
• Assist in complex cardiac surgeries, including CABG and valve replacements
• Handle surgical instruments and specimens efficiently
• Support the surgical team in high-pressure situations

Requirements of the Surgical Technologist - CVOR Technologist

• NBSTSA Certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years CVOR experience
• Experience in Level I Trauma setting required
• EPIC charting system experience required
