Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekends, Saturday & Sunday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
EMR: Meditech / Midas

Experience Required:

• Must have minimum 1+ years of Recent & continuous Case management Experience in Acute Care.
• Overall 2 years of experience as an RN required.
