• 2+ years of Med Surg Experience - required
• Pediatric Experience - required
• Epic Experience - highly preferred
• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction) - required

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the speciality (Med Surg) - required document
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms completed within the last two years - required document
• LARA and/or Nursys must state Active Michigan/MI License - required document
• Active American Heart Association BLS - required document
• Active American Heart Association ACLS - required document
• Active American Heart Association PALS - required document

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Michigan

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active!
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements : No Call
