HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Asheville, North Carolina.

Unit Specifics:

Scrub Color(s): Hospital will provide scrubs

Number of Beds: 6 ORs

Patient Ratios: All cases require 1 scrub and 1 circulator. Pump cases also require a first assist/Heart Holder which can be an RN or CST

Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1 Unit Secretary, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 PCA, 1 Core Tech

Type of equipment: Stryker

Documentation system: Cerner

Scheduling requirements: On-call shifts will be assigned, rotated among staff

Floating policy: May float if needed, infrequent

Patient Experience requirements: Extensive relevant CVOR experience required

Hospital Specifics-

Certifications: RN License, BLS

Must have: Extensive expertise and experience in the RN Circulator Role in the procedures listed below.

Advanced skills needed: Scrub/first assist experience and proficiency is preferred but not required.

Procedures performed on unit: CABG, Valve Replacement, VAD Insertions, TAVR, VATS, Lobectomy, Pacemaker/AICD Insertions, Septal Myectomy, Ross Procedure, EVH, IABP Insertions, Femoral Cannulation, Circulatory Arrest
