Job Summary (List Format):

- Position Length: 13-week assignment
- Start Dates: Available every Monday
- Call Requirement: 48-60 hours of call every 4-week period
- Weekend call is required
- Flexible call sign-up (day off or workday)
- Rarely requires full 12-hour on-call shift
- Opportunity to leave early if covering for call-outs
- Two on-call rooms available for staff use
- Experience Required:
- Strong background in Neurosurgery
- Experience in Surgical Oncology
- Robotics experience
- Licensure:
- GA or compact nursing license required
- License must be active and in hand
- Travel Restrictions:
- No local travelers (must live outside a 50-mile radius)
- Interview Process:
- All candidates interviewed by Nurse Manager
- Additional Notes:
- Supportive environment; staff encouraged to rest on days off
- Nurse Manager manages call schedules to ensure fairness
