Health Saviours is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Atlanta, Georgia.

38 bed unit . Ratio 1:5. Adults (over the age of 65)

Common DX: Trauma, Fall, Fractures, MVC Trauma patients, Heparin drips and all acute medications as ordered.

Experience in geriatrics, trauma, ortho trauma, familiar with hospital acquired delerium prevention, early mobility, HAPI prevention, Falls prevention, comfortable with family communication/involvement.

Specialty equipment: gait belts, geriatric chairs, PT Equipment

NO RTO EPIC EMR

Requirements:

MUST have documented 2 years of med/tele exp.

Active GA State/ multistate RN License

AHA BLS

AHA ACLS

NIHSS
