TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Auburn, Washington.

Unit: PCU ED Hold
Clinical Interviews

This is a floating position throughout Auburn (or possibly Covington) to any PCU level patient or below; majority of time will be spent in ED overflow

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Minimum Experience: 2 years.
Consider First time traveler: Yes

Skills required: cardiac rhythm interpretation, trachs and bipap management (continuous as long as stable), invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, chest tubes, lumbar drains, IV medication titration, how to treat CIWA patients

Patient Types: respiratory distress, ESRD, AKI, COPD, GI bleeds, sepsis, general post-op patients, CVA's, ETOH, overdose, CHF, post Cath or IR; CIWA
PCU has 33 beds

Patient Ratios: 1:4

Charting System: EPIC
Scrubs: any color, no camo - prefer navy blue
