Job Summary (List Format):

- Work schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, with on-call as required (no block scheduling).
- Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons.
- Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
- Promote a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict professionally and communicating effectively.
- Fulfill Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
- Participate in continuing education to maintain and enhance professional skills.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- ACLS certification (required for specific units).
- Other certifications as applicable by unit, such as NRP, PALS, OCN.

- Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Cardiac Services
- Emergency Room (ER)
- Birthing Center
- Pediatrics
- Infusion Center
