Job Summary (List Format):

- Weekend Requirement: Work every other weekend.
- Schedule: Must be flexible with facility scheduling; no schedule requests will be approved or accommodated.
- On-Call: No on-call required.
- Floating: May be required to float within the facility and scope of practice as needed.
- Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of experience; unit accepts first-time travelers.
- Offer Process: After signing and confirmation, the manager has 48 hours to review profile and determine fit.
- RTO (Requested Time Off): Maximum of 7 days allowed.
- Holiday Requirement:
- If assignment includes 1 major holiday, must work it.
- If 2 major holidays, must work both.
- If 3 major holidays, must work 2 of 3.
- Major holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day.
- Compliance: Full compliance required for on-time start; non-compliance results in 2-week delay due to bi-weekly orientation.
- Locals: Accepted at the same pay rate.
- Orientation Hours: Non-billable orientation hours determined by contract length (e.g., 8 hours for 8-week assignment, 10 hours for 10-week assignment).
